We're in the home stretch (is this a baseball reference? No, that's 7th inning stretch. I refuse to look this up!) of the 2nd quarter and yee-haw! Before we go any further I want to make sure that you're staying ON COURSE (this is golf now!) and not distracted by something shiny that's caught your eye!

Last week, you practiced intentional vulnerability in order to retrain your brain and allow people to get closer to you. It's very exciting because the best part of being human is exactly this. Letting us be imperfect and loving each other because they are. I'm glad you're doing it!

This week, we're taking it easy and hitting the pause button for a sec. When you started this process back in Q1, you gathered lots of data (puzzle pieces!) on who you are. You created your "Big Picture Worksheet" as a foundation to make sure your career plan is alined with your unique self. Now, as we move deeper into Q2, it’s time to revisit that foundation and see if you’re still aligned. Have you stayed focused on what’s important to you, or have you accidentally fallen into old habits and tried to be someone else?

A quick alignment check!

To help you pause and reflect, we’re turning back to the core components of your "Big Picture Worksheet." Use this checklist to reassess and realign! Be honest with yourself, knowing that any adjustments you make now will bring you closer to creating a sustainable and fulfilling career. It's a self-audit. If you're veering off course, give yourself a lil slap on the wrist and let's get back on track!
